2026 National Conference Registration

Conference registration pricing in a table. Member early bird registration closes March 31 and is $250. Student registration is $150. Nonmember registration will open April 1 and is $400. Registration for everyone closes May 31.

Early Bird registration is for members only and closes March 31, 2026 at 10:00pm Central Time. Regular registration closes May 31, 2026.

Registration includes access to all conference events, workshops, poster sessions, and exhibitor/vendor booths. Registration also includes CEUs for all approved CEU-bearing activities, as well as the following meals: Monday evening dessert reception, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday, and breakfast on Thursday.

Lodging in the UNLV dorms is offered for an additional cost: $75 per night for single occupancy or $45 per person per night for double occupancy. Dorm lodging may be selected during registration only. Linens are included in the cost.

Refund Policy: Cancellation before March 31, 2026 (11:59 PM PST) receives a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations from April 1, 2026 thru May 31, 2026 (11:59 PM PST) receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after June 1, 2026 will receive no refund.
