Our conference has reached maximum capacity and regular registration is now closed. No refunds will be offered after June 1, 2026. We are grateful for the overwhelming support and look forward to welcoming our registered attendees in Las Vegas in July.

Location, Lodging,
and Dining

Dorm rooms at UNLV are available for an additional charge at time of registration. Double occupancy dorms are $45 per person per night and single occupancy is $75 per night. A list of local hotels are available. Each conference attendee will receive a dining card loaded with funds, allowing attendees to choose what they would like to eat each day. NAIE will provide two catered breakfasts on Tuesday, July 14, and Thursday, July 16.

We Are The Future:
Deaf Student Artwork

We would like to show off deaf* student’s artwork from around the nation at our conference, as the students are our future! Students must be in K-12th grade to submit. 
 
*The NAIE recognizes and embraces the diversity of hearing levels, communication modalities, cultural, and other identities among students who utilize interpreters in educational settings. Within this organization, the term “deaf” has been utilized to collectively denote these students.
