A. cancellation by either party as set forth in “VIII. CANCELLATIONS”; or
B. completion of the workshop or event provided by Presenter

In consideration of payment set out below by NAIE, the presenter agrees to provide the following named or described program:

VI. PRESENTER COMPENSATION.

As consideration for services to be rendered by Presenter under this contract, NAIE shall provide the Presenter with the option that they select:

Pro Bono: I would like to donate my time to NAIE

Membership: I will accept a one-year free membership to NAIE

Honorarium: I will accept an honorarium of $100 per hour (The technology check and 30 minute pre-webinar start are non-billable)

VII. INTERPRETER REQUIREMENTS

Information necessary for providing adequate interpretation services during workshop or presentation
If using videos:

1. Presenter will use video recordings as part of presentation that will require:

VIII. CANCELLATIONS

NAIE reserves the right to cancel this contract if conditions to the terms laid out in this agreement are not met. The contract can be terminated by NAIE without payment of any fees or expenses by giving the Presenter written notice 14 days prior to the scheduled program. If for any reason the Presenter is unable to provide the outlined program described above, this contract will be canceled and the Presenter will return to NAIE any funds previously paid under this contract.

IX. PRESENTER RESPONSIBILITIES

All documents must be returned to the Professional Development Chair at profdevelopmentdir@naiedu.org within the timeframes articulated below.

A. Handouts for Participants:
PowerPoint slides or other handouts will be submitted electronically 48 hours prior to the webinar
B. Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Instructor Form
C. Presenter shall complete the CEU Instructor form by one month prior to the webinar
D. Workshop descriptions, bio, photo for publication
Presenter shall provide promotional information by one month prior to the webinar
E. Return signed contract by one month prior to the webinar Sign electronically. Scanned signed copy also acceptable

X. RECORDING

By signing this contract, I acknowledge that:

A. NAIE may record the webinar and make the recording available to its members via member-only archive or used for promotional purposes
B. NAIE owns the rights to the recorded version of my presentation
C. NAIE has the right to use my name, photograph, and biography in connection with the presentation and related materials for continuing education or promotional purposes
