In consideration of payment set out below by NAIE, the interpreter agrees to provide interpreting services for the following event:

As consideration for services to be rendered by the interpreter under this contract, NAIE shall provide the interpreter with the option that they select:

NAIE reserves the right to cancel this contract if conditions to the terms laid out in this agreement are not met. The contract can be terminated by NAIE without payment of any fees or expenses by giving the interpreter written notice 24 hours prior to the scheduled program. If for any reason the interpreter is unable to meet the requirements described above, this contract will be canceled and the interpreter will return to NAIE any funds previously paid under this contract.

By signing this contract, I acknowledge that:

i. NAIE may record the event and make the recording available to its members via member-only archive or use for promotional purposes.
