The NAIE board of directors is thrilled to announce some updates for our conference happening July 13-16, 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our conference theme is “Honoring the Past, Embracing the Present, and Looking to the Future. We have been busy with planning and are excited to share three important updates!
- The call for presenters is open and available on our website.
- Opportunities for vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors are available on our website.
- Most importantly, registration is open! The early bird registration price for members is $250. This $250 includes all conference workshops, panels, presentations, posters, entertainment, and CEUs. SURPRISE! Registration also includes meals: a dessert reception Monday evening, breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day on Tuesday and Wednesday and a brunch on Thursday morning. If you are not a member but you would like to attend the conference, the early bird non-member is $350. However, NAIE membership is only $75 per year. Early bird registration closes on March 31.
